New Gymnasium & Admin Suite Facility

Sigsbee Charter School is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner's Representative services for the construction of a new gymnasium and athletic facility with an expanded administrative suite at its campus at 939 Felton Road, Key West, Florida.  The project will provide students with a code-compliant, multipurpose gymnasium, locker rooms, storage, and associated site improvements. The School seeks a qualified, experienced Owner's Representative (OR) firm or individual to serve as the School's primary advocate and project manager throughout all phases of the project.
