Volunteers
Level II Clearance is required if you are driving students, chaperoning an event when you are not in direct site of a staff member, or working with children outside of the classroom. Level II Clearance passes expire after five years.

How to fulfill your volunteer hours
- Join the PTO and participate in one of the school community events.
- Spend time in the cafeteria and on the playground assisting teachers with lunch and recess.
- Donate your time to teaching an enrichment class.
- Serve as a reading buddy for a student.
- Chaperone a field trip.
- Attend academic events and parent-teacher conferences.
- Complete your registration forms by the deadline.
- Complete your Impact Aid card.
- Supervise and help coordinate a middle school dance.
- Contact your child's teacher for clerical help you can do from home.
- Attend PTO or SCS Board Meetings.
- Come to the Parent Coffee Clatches.
- Find classroom sponsorships.
- Shelve books in the library.
- Serve as a substitute.
- Help with FSA snack.
