Exit Procedures
We never enjoy losing our students though we know new experiences are part of growing up. Your early notification of student withdrawal allows us to appropriately plan for students on our waiting list and ensures that we can organize your child's school records in a timely manner. You may contact Mrs. Rosch, our Enrollment Specialist, with any questions (Leslie.Rosch@sigsbee.org). Use the withdrawal form link above to start the process. Please provide at least 2 weeks notice. Providing notice after the last day of school will result in school records being transmitted in August when the office resumes full staffing.
Complete the Student Withdrawal Form - If leaving mid-year, please provide this document to the office staff at least two weeks prior to your student's last day. If leaving at the end of the school year, please provide this document at least two weeks prior to the last day of school.
Return the student device with charger
Return any library materials that are checked out
Return base passes (civilian families)
Resolution of student account balances: both the student's Sigsbee account and the lunch account
Retrieve any medication from our school nurse
Have the registrar at the new school email the records request to Leslie.Rosch@sigsbee.org
