Understanding that our students need the most qualified and professional adults to guide them, SCS offers all our staff members a competitive salary and living allowance.  The instructional salary scale and paraprofessional scale match that of the Monroe County School District. IN ADDITION, all full-time Sigsbee staff members will receive a $1000/month Living Allowance in the 2023-2024 school year.

Applicants will be notified via email that their applications have been received.  Please allow one week for a response.  You will be contacted if you are selected for an interview.  Once a position is filled it will be closed on PATS and removed from our website. 

 Substitute Teacher Opportunities 

All Sigsbee Charter School Substitute Teachers must have a Monroe County Substitute Teacher Certificate.  Sigsbee Charter will pay substitute teachers directly as 1099 contractors.  You will need to complete an I-9 form and submit the proper identification documents.  Substitutes will be expected to dress professionally but comfortably as we spend part of our day out of doors.  Substitutes will uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
