REQUEST FOR BIDS: CLEANING SERVICES

Sigsbee Charter School (SCS) is requesting bids for school facility cleaning services.   Scope of work to include, but not limited to:

• Daily cleaning of (45) classrooms, including mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning and sanitizing (15) sinks and bathrooms. 

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of (5) gang bathrooms with (23) commodes and (16) sinks. 

• Daily cleaning of the Teacher’s Lounge with (2) commodes and (2) sinks. 

• Twice-weekly cleaning of the Media Center and baths (2) commodes and (2) sinks. 

• Twice weekly cleaning of the Office (3) commodes and (3) sinks. 

• In addition to cleaning bathrooms, the service provider will restock paper goods and remove trash.

• The service provider will provide all cleaning equipment and supplies. Sigsbee Charter School will supply paper goods and trash bin liners. 

• Cleaning to start no earlier than 4 PM M-F. Applicants must have a current business license, certificates of liability and workers' compensation insurance.

• All personnel must meet identification, background, and sponsor criteria through NASKW for base access.
