During the school year, Sigsbee Charter School students are often involved in activities that include taking pictures and developing videos for multimedia projects, designing websites for the internet, videotaping, conducting recorded video teleconferences, taking yearbook photos, and conducting interviews. Providing consent will allow for your child to be photographed, videotaped, or interviewed for possible use in newspapers, television, radio broadcasts, school websites, social media, Twitter, Facebook, and school board publications. Withholding consent will ensure your student is excluded from all media outlets described above, as well as our annual yearbook. Students are not identified by full name in any still pictures or videos that are intended for off-campus use without the written consent of the parent, with the exception of our annual yearbook which is produced only for our Sigsbee families.
