Sigsbee Charter School prides itself on the community effort that has led to making this school a reality for the children of military service members and other children in the local area. Due to budget cuts at the state and local level, Sigsbee depends on the generosity of the school and greater community. In addition, all school families are required to provide 15 hours of service to the school each year.

We appreciate everyone's contribution, no matter how small.

2011-12 Volunteer Opportunities

To volunteer, please contact our volunteer coordinator, Heather Hazzard, at heather.hazzard@keysschools.com. You can also drop by the main office any day from 8a - 5p or call 305.294.1861 to see how you can help.

Volunteers are needed for: outside work (landscaping, installations) - packing, moving - office work - and more
Please bring: closed-toe shoes, safety eyewear, and labeled water bottles.

Be sure to sign in at the main office so we can track your volunteer hours.

Are you too busy to volunteer? Would you rather contribute funds for service projects? If so, contact the office for a list of needed items and use your contributions toward fulfilling your service hours ($20/hour).
