REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Sigsbee Charter School (SCS) is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms for the selection and acquisition of professional services of Architects, Planners and Engineers required for the development of a Facilities Master Plan (FMP) for facilities located at 939 Felton Road, Key West, FL in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner and in compliance with Florida laws, rules and codes.

Professional services will consist primarily of facility assessment, educational programming and adequacy assessment, future use analysis, site evaluation and development of a strategic plan for implementation.
