Mrs. Falconer is thrilled to be teaching kindergarten this year! She received her Bachelors in Psychology and Education from Columbia College in Columbia, MO. Mrs. Falconer was the VPK Assistant here at Sigsbee last year and is looking forward to bringing her ideas and passion for teaching into the kindergarten classroom. Mrs. Falconer's goal as a teacher is to create a warm and caring environment where children will acquire a love of learning. Outside of school, Mrs. Falconer loves to spend time outdoors with her family and her new puppy, Metsy, named after her favorite baseball team- the New York Mets!
Mrs. Abby Luman
Mrs. Luman earned a Bachelors degree in elementary education from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. She also earned a Masters degree in reading education from Stetson. She is very excited to be teaching kindergarten again this year! Mrs. Luman believes children learn best by doing and they deserve to have a teacher who believes in their abilities. Her goal as a teacher is to help her students love learning. Mrs. Luman enjoys making her classroom a safe, challenging, and engaging environment for all children.
Mrs. Jayme Veltre is very excited to teach Kindergarten again this year. She earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mrs. Veltre grew up in a proud military family and as a child lived in Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming. As an adult, Mrs. Veltre has lived in Nevada, New Jersey, and Florida. She enjoys flying with her husband in their seaplane, spoiling Chance, her very spotted dog, and of course, reading! Mrs. Veltre is looking forward to creating a joyful and enriching classroom environment for all her students. She is thrilled to be a part of Sigsbee Charter School!

I was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. I recently moved to Key West to work at Sigsbee Charter School. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelors degree in elementary education. Last year I spent the school year working with students with special needs. In my free time I enjoy exercising, relaxing at the beach, spending time with family/friends, and traveling to new places.
